IF YOU WANT TO BUILD : 

1 - To build on a plot which is outside the limit of the town plan the minimum size of the plot must be 4.000m2.

2 - If the plot is close to the main road it can be 2.000m2

3 - Or if it is nearthe town plan it can be 500-600m2

4 - When renovating old stone houses in Crete that already have mains services you only need rewiring   and plumbing etc. (floor tiling, making the walls sound and sometimes a new roof is necessary).

5 - A contract for the sale of a house or plot can be ready in 1 week.
